SHIPPING AND RETURNS
All domestic orders will ship out within 5-7 business days via USPS Priority mail, with the exception of major holidays. Please see USPS website for a listing of holidays.
*Please triple check your mailing and email addresses at the time of checkout.
A tracking number will be sent to the email on file once SHE Candle Co. has fulfilled your order.
In the event of a natural disaster or inclement weather we ask that you contact your local post office to open an investigation.
SHE Candle Co. is not resposible for any packages that have been lost and or stolen once they are in the possession of the United States Post Office.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES:
Due to the nature of the products carried returns and exchanges are not accepted for products purchased and undamaged.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact shecandleco@gmail.com to request a replacement. Include pictures in addition to your order number for a quick response.
